XADO for Manual Transmission

Procedure of treating
Squeeze out the revitalizant into the oil filler neck of gear box, transfer case or differential according to the following chart.
Revitalizing is considered to be complete after 50 operating hours or 930 miles (1,500 km) run.

Note!
1. A sure sign of the beginning of revitalization is mechanism noise reduction as early as the first few miles. If noise reduction (improvement of mechanism running) stops at any time, this fact points to a heavy wear of the mechanism, so it is necessary to double the recommended dose.
2. If after 60 - 120 miles (100-200 km) run the mechanism fails to improve its performance, the most probable cause of this is a faulty diagnostics.
3. DO NOT use in automatic transmission!

Fuel Equipment Revitalization

Instructions on compound application

  1. Apply to the fuel, which corresponds to the season.
  2. Additional (optional) filtering devices may decrease revitalization efficiency.
  3. Protective coating is formed on any functioning mechanism. However, if the mechanism (assembly) condition is critical (100% wear, mechanical break), you should replace destroyed parts.

Treatment procedure

  1. Squeeze out the contents of 1 tube into the fuel tank which contains a minimum of fuel.
  2. Fill into the tank 42- 63 liters (40-60 l) of fuel.
  3. Run the vehicle as normal.
  4. Revitalization is considered complete after 100 hours of mechanism work (approximately 1,865 miles (3,000 km) run).

For diesel engines of heavy haulers and for other diesel engines of big capacity the dosage of XADO revitalizant gel for high-pressure fuel pump is calculated according to the chart.

Note !

  1. The characteristic feature of the beginning of revitalization is an improvement of mechanism operation (decreasing of noise, vibration, exhaust opacity) just from the first miles of run.
  2. It is recommended to double the dose if the wear is very strong.
  3. If after 60 -120 miles (100-200 km) run the mechanism fails to improve its performance then the most probable cause of it is faulty diagnostics.

Petrol/LPG and Diesel Engines

Procedure of treating an engine with lubricant capacity of 2 to 10 litres (3 tubes).IMPORTANT! The full treatment means three stage process. You need a set of 3 blisters

Stage 1

Squeeze out the contents of one tube into the lubricant neck of the engine warmed up to the running temperature.
Start the engine and let it idle for no less than 2 minutes.

Stage 2

Do as described in Phase 1 after a running of 60 to 150 miles (100-250 km).

Stage 3

Do as described in Phase 2 after a running of 60 to 150 miles (100-250 km).
Revitalization is considered complete at a mileage of no less than 930 miles (1,500 km).

Note!

DO NOT CHANGE the oil until treatment has been completed!
It is possible to treat at idle: 4 hours are equivalent to a running of 120 miles (200 km).
Treat new engines with one dose: two tubes simultaneously.
