The patented formula of this up to date grease is based on a composition of XADO revitalizant and EP complex (Extreme Pressure). The grease is especially effective for repair of quite worn bearings (up to 10 000 rpm).

PURPOSE

It is recommended for joints and bearings of cars, industrial, agricultural and other equipment with wear up to 80%.

The existing methods of design and manufacture do not allow to take into account all working conditions of this or that assembly, and manufacturing tolerances create still more errors. Thus, imperfect parts start being destroyed from the very first moment of operation. XADO® greases help to exceptionally and originally solve this problem. XADO® grease is a completely unique new product, designed for application in all assemblies and mechanisms which are operated with greases. All XADO® greases will neither liquefy nor expel at angular velocities up to 10,000 rpm The amount of the grease for any particular assembly depends on the design and is specified in the service instructions for these assemblies and mechanisms.

Applications: water pump bearings, hub bearing assemblies, ball supports, steering heads, cross-pieces. In industry - any assemblies and mechanisms where greases are applied.

PROPERTIES

Due to balanced content of high-molecular polymers and special additives, including EP complex, REPAIRING grease XADO shows high adhesive, extreme pressure, water-repellent and anti corrosive properties. This grease can be used in joints and mechanisms where multipurpose and special lithium greases are applied.

The grease is especially effective for repair of quite worn bearings (up to 10,000 rpm). Compensates wear up to 80%.

DOSAGE

• With pressurized application. Add grease through the zerk until desired grease volume is reached.
• Manual application. Remove the old grease and fill 1/2 of bearings volume with REPAIRING grease XADO.

RECOMMENDATIONS

If assemblies require periodical grease changing you should use PROTECTIVE grease XADO later on. Do not use for new assemblies and parts!

APPLICATION

1. Remove cap and protective seal.
2. Install cartridge in grease gun.

COMPATIBILITY

Compatible with automotive and industrial lithium greases of all types, can be mixed with them in any proportion.
